Graduated from the University of Cyprus with a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages (English and French) and European Studies, and a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, Ms. Charalambidou serves as the Head of Corporate and Administration Services.

Over the past nine years in the corporate sector, she has developed extensive experience working with international clients across a broad range of industries. She currently manages a large portfolio of clients daily, overseeing all corporate administration matters, including banking requests, and the opening, review, and closing of company bank accounts, as well as compliance-related duties.

Additionally, she coordinates the services offered by the Company and facilitates communication and collaboration with external partners, including law firms, accounting firms, and audit firms. She also provides guidance to clients on the incorporation and restructuring of companies across various jurisdictions.
